Outdoor Custom Unit - 20ft

1. Payment & Production Timeline

• Upfront payment: Full payment is required before custom materials are ordered or construction begins.

• Build window: Production takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date full payment is received.

• No cancellations: Because units are custom-built, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts.

  
  

2. Delivery Method & Site Requirements

• Direct to site: Units ship fully assembled via truck and are delivered directly to your specified location.

• Clearance rules: Property pathways must have at least 40ft of clearance for 20ft units and 100 for 40ft units

• Ground conditions: The delivery route must be clear of low branches, power lines, sharp turns, and soft or muddy ground.

• Site readiness: The delivery foundation must be completely flat, level, and fully prepared before the truck arrives.

  
  

3. Delivery Day & Inspection

• Adult presence: An adult authorized to sign for the delivery must be present during the entire drop-off window.

• Final inspection: You must thoroughly inspect the entire unit for transit damage before the driver unloads it.

• Damage notation: Write any discovered damages directly on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing and taking photos.

• Failed attempts: If the tractor-trailer cannot safely access the site, the buyer owes all return freight and rescheduling fees.
